Odoo for small business: inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting

One system for stock, orders, purchasing and invoicing instead of a stack of spreadsheets and disconnected apps. We set up the Odoo modules you need now and leave room to grow.

When Odoo makes sense

  • Stock, orders and invoices live in different tools that never quite match.
  • You sell through several channels — shop, website, marketplaces, B2B — and need one inventory.
  • Purchasing is done "by feel" because nobody sees reorder points.
  • You produce or assemble products and need bills of materials.
  • You are outgrowing a simple inventory app but do not want a heavy ERP.

What we set up

AreaWhat you get
InventoryWarehouses and locations, barcode scanning, reorder rules, stock valuation
SalesQuotes, orders, price lists, delivery
PurchasingSupplier orders, receipts, vendor bills
Invoicing and accountingInvoices, payments, reconciliation — with local accounting rules checked by your accountant
ManufacturingBills of materials, work orders, component consumption
E-commerce and integrationsOnline store, marketplaces, payment providers, shipping

We start with the modules that remove the most manual work and add the rest in stages.

How we work

  1. Discovery. How goods and money move through your business today.
  2. Written scope. Modules, configuration, integrations, migration, timeline and price — agreed before work starts.
  3. Configuration on Odoo Online or a hosted instance, depending on your needs.
  4. Data migration. Products, customers, suppliers, opening stock.
  5. Testing on real scenarios — a purchase, a sale, a return, a stock count.
  6. Training and launch, then two weeks of adjustments.

We prefer standard Odoo features to custom code. Customisation is added only when the standard flow genuinely cannot do the job — it keeps upgrades cheap.

Frequently asked questions

Odoo Online or self-hosted?

Odoo Online is quicker and cheaper to run; self-hosted gives more freedom for custom modules. We recommend based on your integrations and budget.

Can Odoo handle our local tax and accounting rules?

Odoo has localisations for many countries, but local rules differ. We configure accounting together with your accountant and check reports before go-live.

How long does an implementation take?

Inventory and sales for a small team — a few weeks. Adding manufacturing, accounting and integrations — in stages over one to three months.
