AI chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram and web chat
An assistant that answers your customers in their messenger, qualifies the request, books or takes the order, and hands the conversation to a human when it matters — with everything logged in your CRM.
What the bot does
- Answers in plain language — customers write or send voice messages the way they would to a person, not through button menus.
- Uses your own knowledge base — prices, services, policies, FAQs. It does not make things up; if the answer is not in the base, it says so and calls a human.
- Qualifies the request — asks the two or three questions your sales team always asks.
- Books or takes the order — free slots from your booking system, order details, payment link.
- Hands over to a human — complex questions, unhappy customers, large deals go to your team with the full conversation.
- Logs everything — contact, request and transcript land in your CRM or a shared spreadsheet.
Typical use cases
| Business | What the bot handles |
|---|---|
| Clinics and salons | Questions about services, booking, reminders, rescheduling |
| Online stores | Order status, product questions, returns policy |
| Service companies | Lead intake after hours, quote requests, follow-ups |
| Hospitality | Availability, booking requests, check-in information |
| Real estate | Qualifying inbound leads — budget, location, timing — before an agent steps in (we built one for a premium agency in Thailand on top of Bitrix24) |
| Any team with a busy inbox | Night and weekend coverage so leads do not go cold |
Channels
WhatsApp (via the official Business Platform or an approved provider), Telegram, website chat, Instagram, and other messengers on request. One bot can serve several channels while leads arrive in one place.
Official messenger APIs have rules — for example, WhatsApp and Instagram only allow free-form replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. We design the flow around these rules instead of discovering them after launch.
How we work
- Discovery call. What customers ask, what the bot should do, where data should go, which channels matter.
- Written scope. Exactly what the bot does and does not do, integrations, timeline and price — before any work starts.
- Knowledge base. We turn your price lists, FAQs and policies into a base the bot can answer from.
- Build and test on real questions. We run the bot against questions your customers actually asked.
- Launch and tuning. First two weeks we review conversations and fix weak answers.
- Ownership handover. Accounts, code and knowledge base stay yours. You can edit texts and prices without us.
What we need from you
- Examples of real customer questions — chat exports are perfect.
- Your price list, services and policies.
- Access to the channels and the CRM or booking system you use.

Frequently asked questions
Will the bot pretend to be a human?
No. It introduces itself as an assistant and tells customers when a person will reply. That builds more trust than a bot that pretends.
Can we edit answers ourselves?
Yes. Texts, prices and the knowledge base live in a spreadsheet or simple panel, so your team updates them without a developer.
Which AI model do you use?
We pick the model per project based on language, cost and data requirements, and we keep the setup portable so you are not locked in.
What happens if we stop paying for support?
The bot keeps working as long as nothing changes on the messenger or AI provider side. Support covers monitoring and fixes when those platforms change their rules.
