How we work

  1. Discovery call. You describe the situation, we ask the boring questions: what systems you already have, who works in them, what breaks.
  2. Written scope. What exactly we build, what it costs, how long it takes and what is explicitly out of scope. Before any work starts.
  3. Build. We work on your live system without stopping your team, and we take a backup before touching anything.
  4. Acceptance scenario. A single end-to-end test written into the agreement: the system passes it, or the job is not done.
  5. Handover. Short role-based training and written instructions using your own data, not demo examples.
  6. Support. Two weeks included after launch, then optional ongoing support.

About us

2K Consulting is a team of implementation engineers based in Tyumen, Russia. We have been building business systems since 2024: CRM, ERP and accounting platforms, integrations between them, chatbots and analytics.

We have delivered projects for companies in Thailand, Kazakhstan and Bali — from a premium real estate agency to wholesale trade and car rental: Bitrix24 with messenger and telephony integrations, funnel automation and an AI lead qualifier.

Most of our work is remote, across time zones, with written specs and recorded demos instead of endless calls. This website is our own work: custom WordPress theme, no plugins, built for speed and search.

We take projects in English. Payments and contracts are arranged through Fiverr or directly — whichever is easier for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients outside Russia?

Yes. We work remotely and communicate in English. For smaller projects we usually work through Fiverr, which handles the payment side; for larger ones we sign a direct agreement.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Usually yes. We start with a short audit: what is configured, what is broken and what is worth keeping. You get the findings in writing even if you decide not to continue with us.

How do you estimate cost?

After the discovery call and a look at your system. We do not quote a number over a five-minute chat — that number is always wrong, and someone pays for it later.

What about data security?

We work with the minimum access needed, prefer read-only during the audit phase, and never store your credentials outside your own systems.
