Analytics dashboards for sales, margin and marketing

One place where revenue, pipeline, margin and marketing spend finally agree with each other — built in Power BI, Looker Studio or the tool you already use, on data from your CRM, accounting and ad accounts.

What we build

  • Sales and pipeline — revenue by period, product and manager; conversion between pipeline stages; forecast.
  • Margin — not just revenue, but cost, fees and discounts, so you see what actually makes money.
  • Marketing — spend by channel against leads, deals and revenue, so you know which channel pays back.
  • Operations — stock, orders, fulfilment time, team workload.
  • Location or branch reports — the same metrics side by side for every point of sale or team.

Data sources

CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Bitrix24 and others), accounting and inventory systems, e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, payment systems, ad accounts, and the spreadsheets that inevitably hold part of the truth. Where there is an API we connect directly; where there is not, we set up a regular export.

How we work

  1. Questions first. Which decisions the dashboard should support and which three to five numbers matter most.
  2. Data audit. Where each number lives, how clean it is, and where systems disagree.
  3. Written scope. Sources, metrics with exact definitions, refresh schedule, timeline and price.
  4. First version on real data. A working dashboard early, not a perfect one at the end.
  5. Reconciliation. We check the numbers against your accounting until finance signs off.
  6. Handover. Documentation of every metric and how to update the dashboard.

The hardest part is rarely the chart. It is agreeing what "revenue" or "a lead" means across sales, marketing and finance. We write those definitions down before building anything.

Frequently asked questions

Our data is messy. Is it worth starting?

Yes — the first dashboard usually shows exactly where the mess is. We fix the most important gaps first and flag the rest instead of hiding them.

How often is data refreshed?

From several times a day to daily, depending on the sources and the tool. We agree on the schedule in the scope.

Can we change the dashboard ourselves later?

Yes. We document the data model and metrics so your team or another specialist can extend it.
